Lighthouses results online

Results from Lighthouses project are online and available for participants and non-participants!

The quality label aims to evaluate and recognise the skills and abilities needed to work as booker, artistic director, or communication manager in a live music venue or festival. The quality label is not an exhaustive document, it focuses on the informal learning based on ground experience, and reflects the professional habits from Lighthouses participants.

Lighthouses #6 in Brussels

Court-Circuit prepares the last Lighthouses seminar in Brussels about artistic contracts & status from the 11th to 13th May 2015. Participants will also get the chance to work in and visit music venues such as Recyclart and La Ferme du Biéreau in Louvain-La-Neuve, and they will also attend Les Nuits Botanique Festival.

Seminar #3 Vic, Spain , 17th – 19th September 2014

This third seminar, held by ACCES, will focuse on brand & communication : how to improve the visibility of a musical project and its business opportunities ?

Around 50 participants from the Live DMA network will meet and exchange during conferences and workshops animated by Ali Smith from Superact (UK) !

This seminar will take place during el Mercat de Musica Viva de Vic, a professional meeting place for the music sector with many showcases organised during 4 days.

Seminar #2 – Amsterdam from 2nd to 4th April @ Melkweg and P60

This second seminar is all about future and cooperation, our dutch partner VNPF co organise some workshops with Live DMA and Trans Europe Halles during their huge conference “The Future Is Not What It Used To Be”

We will be working on two specific topics : what is changing and evolving in the live music buisiness? how do you imagine the sector in the future decade? what doesn’t work anymore in our model?

The workshops will stand in Melkweg and P60 in Amsterdam, we can’t wait to visit these venues !
